Thursday, April 8 – Out of Africa Wildlife Park Fieldtrip

Bring your camera to capture the adventure of seeing tigers and other normally wild creatures up close. Meet at the church (Lindsay & Southern) by 8 AM to carpool to the Camp Verde area. This is an all-day event returning to the church around 5 PM. Admission to park: $36 Adults/ $28 Seniors 65+ Also bring $10 for your driver, $$’s for lunch and for feeding the tigers. Saturday, April 10 - Dining & Dancing – Painted Mtn. Resort

Meet for dinner at 6:30 in the Grand View Steak House (just east of Recker Road on the north side of McKellips). At 8 p.m. join us for an old fashioned good time of karaoke and dancing to a variety of mellow music, oldies, and a smattering of lively tunes.

Wednesday, April 14 – Game Nite – 6 p.m.

Come to shoot 8-ball pool; bring your cribbage board and other favorite games. Free instruction to become a pool shark included. No other costs. If you want, bring a snack or sack lunch. Saturday, April 17 – HIKE Prospector’s Loop in Lost Dutchman State Park

4 miles, about half uphill, but generally regarded as easy. Bring water, snack and shoes with good tread. Meet at 6:30 AM behind Village Inn on Apache Trail between Ironwood and Idaho Roads in Apache Junction. Saturday, April 24 - Drumming Circle & Potluck (at 6 PM)

Join us for food, fellowship, and noise-making fun around the fire pit at Monica's house (11412 E. Wier Avenue in east Mesa). Bring food to share, drums, Native American flutes, or rattles, a folding chair and a happy spirit. This coed, all-skill-levels, NONCOMPETITIVE, team-building, strictly-fun-and-exercise event helps condition body, mind and team spirit. Afterward, we dine at a location to be determined.

Pine Retreat is Aug. 13-15, 2010 so mark your calendars now. This is the event of the year for food, fellowship, hiking, and fun! (No children or pets.) Specify if you are wanting a bed inside or will be camping in the yard. Food is planned and provided by Sharon Z. You'll have an opportunity to assist with preparing or clean up. BYOB or any other special things you want to eat or drink. Lots of places to walk, hike, or just hang out.
