1:00pm – Latin Dance Workout Classes – Get in shape while teaching you the basics of Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Cha Cha & Lambada. Also isolation exercises to  tone your entire body!! Please bring a mat or towel to this Class and comfortable clothes.

2:00pm – Latin Technique Class – This Class focuses on arm styling, body isolations, latin motion, turns & spins, & choreography

3:00pm – Bachata Show Class – This Class is if you are interested in Performing and are an intermediate level latin dancer

4:00pm to 5:30pm – Casino Rueda Show Group – This Class is a Performing Class for Cuban Style Salsa Dancers, you must be an intermediate level Cuban style salsa dancers

5:30pm – Puertorican Style Salsa Show Class – This Class is a Performing Class for intermediate to advanced level puertorican style salsa dancers

At 6:30pm – Samba & Cha Cha Performing Show Class – This Class is a Performing Class for intermediate samba & cha cha dancers.
